Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Shift Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Starting from Rs. 35,000 PKR up to Rs. 120,000 PKR (based on interview performance)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate truck schedules, ensure smooth operations across the U. S. , and provide real-time support to drivers. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently will be key to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Load Management: Plan and dispatch loads to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines. 

• Driver Communication: Maintain regular contact with drivers to address on-road challenges and ensure smooth operations. 

• Customer Support: Update clients on shipment progress and address any concerns promptly. 

• Freight Rate Negotiation: Secure profitable loads by negotiating competitive rates with brokers. 

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and load details. 

• Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with clients, brokers, and drivers to foster long-term collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. 

• Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. 

• Industry Knowledge (Preferred but not required): Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus. 

• Night Shift Availability: Comfortable working from 5 PM to 2 AM. 

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatch software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
